In the theory of evolution is not the use of clothing against evolution?

Evolution tells us that the animals migrated to adapt its climate. There are few or no animals are completely naked. We have hair like the hair on your arm, to tell us when something strange is there. This kind of thing, like a mosquito, fly, blade of grass, so why cover up your hair? Why not keep the hair exposed? In the case of an arm, do not use the sleeves prevent hair long to help you? If the creatures may (or not) adapt to the environment, why not humans adapt? Some birds fly south for the winter, some birds can adapt and stay for the winter, some animals hibernate while others have no problem with changing climate.
