Safe mosquito repellent for babies?

Hello. I live in Montana and the mosquitoes here are horrible. I have a son who is 9 months old and I want to avoid that's getting lots of bites. But I also want something safe for him and nontoxic. I learned Bullfrog Mosquito Coast but I've read different things about being toxic and then not be toxic. Can anyone help please? Thank you.

I can not remember who makes them, but on TV who are showing these clipons which is supposed to repel believe that within a radius of nine meters, or then there would not put anything in baby ....
