Having grown up in placid rivers in Oxfordshire, won my three stars and award of basic skills with the BCU, which then moved to the Newcastle University and was the Wye, the Dee and some of the rivers of North-East. I went rafting establish a small business with a great journey of class 3-4 river take two days and camping in a purpose built fishing lodge at night. First, kayaked this river in a perception of 3-D and loved it, great forests great rapids with about 18 grade 3 and 4 rapids during the two days with each rapid followed by a long stretch of flat water where you can recover if things go wrong
The trip begins about two hours of the capital Vientiane, to the border of Thailand, or 30 minutes of Vang Vieng, a backpacker haven. From the main road that crosses through a restricted zone in Xaysomboun used to be a secret CIA base in Vietnam. Driving two hours up the mountain crossing to the put in point. From here we said goodbye to the roads and civilization, just come through two or three fishermen in the next two days. You can kayak or raft down the river to the hut where we spend the night in sleeping bags under mosquito nets, which are stored in the location that means just food and equipment on the trip.

Also is the fault line of the Mekong on the border between Cambodia and Laos, which has resulted in a long line of many waterfalls and rapids to Runable unrunable and boldness - this is one of the best waters in the world.
