I have a Flowtron mosquito zapper and I wondered if ultraviolent light is bad for the skin?

It says on the package that is light but not Ultraviolent says nothing about keeping away from your skin. Is it bad if your skin is exposed to it for a few seconds here and there when we have a good grid because doesent work from far away.

It is doubtful that a few seconds of UV light diffused from a bug exterminator will hurt you. You UVA loads more in a day sunny. But if you're exposed to it for a period of time, consider that UVA light can damage the collagen in the skin, causing wrinkles. If you intend to sit where the light shines on the skin, it would be better that can make use of UVA blocking sun protection or makeup of any kind. If you want an effective mosquito murderer, there are propane models to create a column of carbon dioxide and / or a heat source to attract the little devils to a chemical or mechanical filtration device, which then kills them.
