Does Lentek Mosquito Trap Guardian work?

My aunt bought this gadget to your backyard. I wonder if it really attracts mosquitoes, and So keep them away from any people who could be sitting in the backyard of my aunt. My own view is that mosquitoes are going to people if I could get to them first, not avoid coming to the trap.
