Why not upgrade their bombers Germany after the Battle of Britain during the Second World War?
In the Battle of Britain the British were able to show how exposed and defenseless German bombers were (for example, HE111 and Ju88). If terrorists have no fighter escorts (The Bf 110 did not do their job as a long-range fighter), who had many casualties. So after the Battle of Britain, Germany did not realize that need to improve their attackers or new, so they have more weapons and more weapons (and perhaps faster as well as mosquitoes)? You may have bombers amazing (even four engine bombers) as it would have almost two years until things really started to heat up. Why did nothing to drastically solve this problem? Also some of you reading this are thinking in the Ju88. I know it was an excellent bomber, but not B-25, B-17 or B-24 it was still very exposed to enemy combatants. PS Since this question is so complex, is there a way I could respond to the questions I receive?
Even terrorists of today often require an escort of warriors, they are always slower than the enemy fighters. To answer your question, the Battle of Britain was considered a hit by the German authorities. In addition, it takes several years to develop a complex plane as a terrorist, and resources were mainly used to fight the Soviets on the Eastern Front.
