What tires are better than on a bike goped skinny or standard high fat boy?

I am thinking of buying a gas scooter stand as from the sting of mosquitoes 4x bike tires or 4x 16in hornet mosquitoes with small fat tires durable. Both have the same 4-stroke 35cc Robin / Subaru engine. So what type of tire would accelaretion faster, better performance and top speed? So I have to go with the bike tire skinny high standard or the fat? I heard the fat have lower levels of acceleration, as someone said in less than 0-30 one minutes that is very slow? Or I can be wrong? Anyway does anyone have any tire seggestions which is better in performance?

Small fat. They are the pneumatic suspension ....... skinny high would be dangerous unless the road smoother
