How I can stop mosquitoes from biting my horses? please help!?

As the rain my horses have been getting small bumps swallower throughout the body. a friend told me that they are mosquito bites and mosquito-stop to buy some food store. I have no money to go buy this product so does anyone know any natural remedies i can try? any advice please help ... PS if you are not rude comment.

You own a horse, so I guess not take tooo long to save for an $ 8 bottle of fly spray grocery store. oil-based sprays last longer and repel insects, but leaves an oily residue. based aerosols rinse water easily, but not last as long and need to reapply frequently.
