Oh, God help me .. Please .. Red spots all over my body??!?

Okay, so yesterday i was drinking LACTAID organic milk.Usually drink organic milk, and this never happens. That's how bad it was good it.Everything try for a while until I got this little spot perfect circle I thought it was a mosquito bite.Then I started getting in my breasts.Then in my arms, legs, ears, feet. Everywhere you can think of.It 's those who are like stains I am white as white can barely see unless you have a certain lighting it. Now my right hand is swollen and my left leg is swollen.Have Have you seen the movie hitch? When their lips swollen? That's exactly how my mom says look.My lips take Benadryl and it KINDA worked but its so ITCHHY I CANNOT STAND IT. I know its not chicken pocks because there's nothing like a whole separate spots and stuff. Any advice? Or remedies? Im dying here>. <

You are probably having an allergic reaction, it sounds like you may well have a new allergy to milk or any of the ingrediants in the milk. Benedryll will help, but if you notice swelling starts to effect your tongue and throat go to a shock ER immediately as this can be anaphlyatic. That could become fatal if immediate action is not taken. I know because I'm deadly allergic to peanuts and tree nurts, I learned the hard way, I waited and did it in the hospital just in time. But please, if it starts to spread, go to the ER
