How do I prevent my system nozzles Mosquito automated drip irrigation?
I have a system of Mister Mosquito has been in my house for about two years. The system has about 100 jets and when first installed worked fine. About a year ago I noticed that some of the nozzles leaks. Now (about a year after the first discovery) at least half of them are leaking. Is there a way to clean or what can be done to stop leakage? Some of them are in a covered patio drip every time it runs (3 times per day) leaves a wet spot on the floor. Not sure if this will help with the answer, but I noticed that those who continue to drip for spraying, so the drip that occurs just before the nozzle starts spraying and immediately afterwards. James, with the age of the system I am assuming you have larger injectors under the eaves - are known as the style I do. You can attempt to disassemble and carefully clean with CLR. However, beware that when you loosen them to never spray it. Can be replaced with nozzles that are much more Slimline easy to maintain and clean.
