Insect repellent safe for use in early pregnancy?

I go to the West Indies and the mosquitoes love me. Obviously I can not use Repellents containing DEET usual, but just bought some very expensive organic mozzie repellent containing citronella, and I just read that citronella is to be avoided during pregnancy. Can anyone help? Thank you very much x
