What I can use to kill mosquito larvae in the drain?

I can use detergent with bleach, right? It is a small drainage system in the back of our office, but when i check before you can say hundreds of thousands of larvae are there, so use a lot detergent Chlorine .. Is there an alternative? I also spray insecticide, but can not get in the water right? any advice?
