Does anyone ever listen to take something called brewer's yeast tablets can help against mosquito bites?

Flying out this afternoon to Thailand and do not want to be devoured by the little bast * rds! Autan repellent has already, but what about the yeast? I was told to help (do not know why or how though!) Thanks
