Find a remedy mosquito bite allergy or relief for babies?

Deepthi my granddaughter 19 months of my adoptive mother poor people with polio Tamil Nadu has asthma, allergy to bee stings and mosquito bites allergy suffering a lot from him always crying. Mosquitoes are attracted to some people more than others. People with Type O are particularly difficult. Prevention is better than cure for cover as possible with clothing and / or a mosquito net.
