What should I do in my backyard bigger?

Well, I bought this little old house two years. My husband works out in a field and makes enough money for both of us, so I have to work. In the two years I've been fixing up my house to be beautiful! And it is! Save backyard .. It's a mess. My daughter has a trampoline, I have my net and chairs and a table inside, and our dog run. The backyard is huge so it fits! The only problem is that its savage .. as the grass. Small and normal things here .. high and low are things .. maybe a small piece of weed there. I was thinking kill everything (grass, weeds) and put mulch on one side and brushing the grass on the other with a stone path in between the two. Or does anyone have any ideas on how handle this hell backyard?

Well, I think your idea of how to handle sounds wonderful. Watch the grass on one side due to damage to the dog can do. Also a winding gravel road is beautiful through the courtyard, perhaps with small islands of dog-proof plants. Lilies are enough proof of dog. Also I would think that encloses the springboard in some way so it would be out of sight.
