Is there something you can eat to help keep mosquitoes from biting?

Or any natural repellent? I live in an area with a lot of mosquitos in the summer. We have a bug zapper in the home, but still wakes up with mosquito bites almost every morning. I do not think it's healthy or practice of using insect repellent to bed every night, natural repellents and food only please.
