a cut in the eye?

Saturday night my friend went to go swat a mosquito, but accidentally put his eye with their sharp claws. It hurts him since. constantly feels like someone is sticking a brush of mascara in the eye. or is there something in it and I can not remove. appears to be more sensitive to light and color is red. Also irrigation. also hurts and my vision seems a bit fuzzy bees in that eye. Not sure if this is due to be cut in or because I keep rubbing and squinting eyes flashing. It is also harder to see because I have a lazy eye (my other eye was not hurt) by making it even harder to see. that was bothering me all night so I had trouble sleeping. it still hurts now and what can be this and I go to the doctors? I can not really see the visible cuts, but I'm sure you can feel it and its red.

Sounds like you have a corneal abrasion. If pain persists for more than 24 hours has to go in the eye.
