Help my Pug is losing its coat and a long scratch after washing and treatment for fleas.?

I have 16 weeks male Pug and washed 3 times a week with a flea and tick shampoo while in the same week that was treated with K9 Advantix. I put a flea collar (Scalibur) to prevent fleas and mosquitoes (sand fly) and then immediately began to scratch with their feet and vigoriuosly against things and the floor. I thought he was acting as a cause not accustomed to the collar, but continued constant scratching. So I took off after an hour. His eyes were very swollen after that. 2 days his coat was falling out in patches, including the head. The skin was not red at the time, but continued itching and scratching. It is now being treated with a drug anti-fungal (Fulviderm), 1 / 4 of a pill daily and Omega 3 pills. But still the dog scratches and now is hitting / head injuries sometimes with blood scratches. His coat smells bad too. Is there anything I can do to relieve the itching it? Please help me. Thank you.
