Evolution tells us that the animals migrated to adapt its climate. There are few or no animals are completely naked. We have hair like the hair on your arm, to tell us when something strange is there. This kind of thing, like a mosquito, fly, blade of grass, so why cover up your hair? Why not keep the hair exposed?
