Is sensorineural hearing loss occurs only @ 8 kHz.?

Hello everyone, recently I had been for medical test pilot, I said I have a loss @ 4 & 8 Khz.But i dont feel I have a hearing loss.Is mosquito noise equivalent to 8 kHz, because I can hear this noise.

Speech is only represented by approximately 500 Hz to 4000 Hz So if hearing loss is mostly at 8000 Hz that probably does not affect their daily lives much. However, once the loss has been started will continue to decline only gradually. So use your hearing protection whenever possible. Despite having hearing loss at 8000 Hz can be heard even at 8000 Hz while the sound is higher for you to hear. When searching for information on what types 8000 Hz sound is the closest thing I can think of is with chirping of birds is 4000 Hz to 8000 Hz depending on the bird.
